Course Overview


The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Om Yoga Ashram is a Yoga Alliance registered program (RYS 300) rooted in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, designed for those who have completed the 200-Hour YTTC and wish to deepen their knowledge and teaching skills.

Daily Routine


A typical day includes:

  • Early morning: Wake-up, herbal tea, Shatkarma, pranayama, meditation

  • Asana classes in nature

  • Mantra, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, self-study, evening practices, and lights off.

Curriculum Highlights


The syllabus includes advanced modules in:

  • Spiritual Yoga studies, pranayama, advanced meditation, and cleansing

  • Maha Bandhas, Mudras, Anatomy & Physiology, Yogic Philosophy

  • Hatha Yoga Pradipica, mantra recitation, chakra cleansing, spiritual healing

  • Advanced Kundalini, fundamental and primary Ashtanga sequences.

Send your completed application form to om.yoga@ymail.com. After approval, submit a non-refundable deposit of USD 300 + USD 40 PayPal fee (total 340 USD) via PayPal or bank transfer to confirm your spot. Remaining balance payable on arrival in INR, USD, EUR, or AUD. The deposit is transferable within one year if needed.

Eligibility & Accreditation


The course is open to anyone passionate about yoga, regardless of background. On completion, you receive an internationally recognized 300-Hour Diploma, and can register with Yoga Alliance.

  • Remaining fees to be paid on arrival (INR/USD/EUR/AUD)
